While each project comes with its own unique set of challenges, there is little our team of specialists haven’t come across when it comes to new builds and conversions, whether these are small-scale projects or large-scale developments.

All our projects are diligently project managed end to end with a trusted and competent network of builders and contractors, to ensure we deliver on time, within budget and to the highest levels of quality.
Northfield 2020
Based in South Birmingham this project is a high end residential back to brick conversion into 6 en-suite rooms within a luxury co-living environment.
We have created luxury living spaces, catering for the professional market, within close proximity of Birmingham University, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Royal Orthopaedic hospital, new Longbridge Business Parks and less than a 20 minute train journey into Birmingham City Centre.
The objective of this project was build to rent and refinance.
Willenhall 2020
We have secured options for a land assembly agreement on 3 titles, a large mechanical car garage, separate plot of land and a Shop with a 6 bed HMO.
We are currently preparing the planning strategy with various options under consideration.
